Casa De Loren Family Room

The location was safe and walking distance to business establishments like restaurants, shops and nore… the room was of great size as well as the bathroom. Everything works in the kitchen and the size of the ref was perfect for us. Internet connection was okay but sometimes slow. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and relatives.

Red ants in the kitchen, slow waterflow of water in the bathroom sink, noise of the ongoing construction and the toilet takes time to flush.

We woke up at 7am because of the construction work no one told us about, when you come to vacation waking up at 7am is very disappointing. Also, no hot water, the shower was broken and very low water pressure. I was just disappointed about the value for money since this place is more expensive you’d expect a better experience..

The room was spacious! There were lots of pillows for one person, and the beds were large. We didn't expect there to be a kitchen complete with a refrigerator and all the utensils, such as a rice cooker, pans, electric kettle, and cutlery. I mean, it did say in the description and pictures, but I was only expecting it to be a shared kitchen with the other guests. Never knew you'd have your own—I guessed wrong. We managed to save on meals by cooking breakfast during our stay! There was also a big gallon of water available in the room—enough for everyone. Their staff was great—super accommodating and friendly. They were currently building a pool in their resort. It makes me want to book with them again soon! The location was convenient too, within walking distance to Kermit, the new Chowking Chow-Van, and Kurvada, lol!

The water pressure of their shower was so weak that showering alone took time. There was no pressure at all. The room air conditioner was noisy and wasn't cooling the entire room even though the temperature was set at its lowest (16°C), but it wasn't so hot as to make people sweat inside anyway—perhaps because the weather during this month was so hot and dry! Nevertheless, our stay was superb!
