Casa De Loren Family Room

Staff were the best! Very accomodating and approachable. They’re always willing to help you with anything. The rooms are spacious especially the family room with 2 queen beds and 1 single. It has its own kitchen which is convenient for those who tries to save by cooking their own food rather than buying since the food in the area are quite pricey

I think the rooms are not entirely done so there are some missing bits like exhaust fan and low water pressure but it’s not that bad that it can ruin your stay in Casa. If you do decide to eat in your room there is a dining table but its located at the patio, but I don't think they would mind if you move it inside especially if the weather outside is not really good

Prime location yet still quiet. Comfortable beds and spacious a great space for 5 people. Great and friendly staff.

The wifi. Yet i will still stay here again. There is bravo and brooks that has a strong wifi so i wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Friendly and attentive staff and owners. The family rooms were great. Everything you need was there: rice cooker, amenities, and even water refill was available. They also provided a grill for use to grill fresh fish from the market for my local family members. The beds were clean, and extra things like extra pillows were available as well. We checked out at 3:00am. to catch the early ferry back to Surigao City, and the owner was there to check us. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back.

The owners and staff were amazing, and they made our stay worth it. They helped us as much as they could and went out of their way when we needed help and assistance with anything. The family room was also big. Also, the location was perfect in terms of nearness to shops and dining establishments. We could just walk to get food and buy essentials.

There was ongoing floor repair in our room, which was covered with a carpet that was slippery. The road leading to Casa de Loren was also difficult to walk on, especially since it was the rainy season. The ground by the entrance gate could get surrounded by water when it's rainy.
