House @ Queens University

Walking distance to the City Centre was acceptable. . Belfast is lovely. Titanic was a great experience. People are lovely.

However the location was not very desirable at all, it was student focussed with rubbish everywhere The house was tired and needed a good overhaul.

Clean and easy check in

El tener 3 habitaciones y dos baños. Además nos dejaron algo de leche y chocolate al llegar

No es fácil la comunicación con ellos, tardan mucho en contestar. Además aunque hay dos baños no te puedes fichar en la bañera porque no tiene alcachofa

Me and a group of friends stayed here as we were going to Belsonic. Was only a short walk away. Great house and had everything we needed for our group. Two bathrooms was a bonus.

Location was good for accessing the city centre

The kitchen cupboards and fridge were cluttered with previously used condiments/food of variable dates. There were no wine glasses, just an odd mix of glasses and mugs. Similar with the crockery. The electric shower and door had significant mould build up. The beds were end of life as were the pillows The house needs a deep clean to remove built up mould, dust and grime. Despite there being several cleaning sprays there was no evidence they were being used effectively. For future air BnB use, the house needs cleared of clutter and re-set with appropriate glassware and crockery

The location was reasonable, the extra bathroom was handy.

The property is in need of some maintenance and repair work. The shower had mould in and leaked. The front bedroom had a broken slat and felt as if it might collapse. The kitchen cupboard was hanging off, there was a lot of dirt, dust and rubbish under the beds, the sofa is in need of replacing.
