Contemporary Coach House in Newport, Isle of Wight

Very centrally located from Sainsbury and Newport bus station . Well kept apartment, had all the facilities . The owner was very friendly and responded to messages and phone calls . Was very helpful with information about the place so made our stay very comfortable

Was a bit difficult to locate with the address as in a very quiet walking road area . But once we found it , no issues at n travelling back and forth

Large apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the center (15 min. walk to Bus Station). Comfortable furniture, many windows (sunny, airy).

Not clean: some kitchen utensils and pots, pans were not washed well - dried food on them. Carpets hadn't been vacuumed. Sticky surfaces in kitchen and on dining table. Only instant coffee is available (no coffee pot). Bathtub is slippery when wet (no batchtub mat).

As advertised. Owner was very helpful and prompt. Plenty of space and hot water. Lots of space for clothes etc.

Sofa bed a bit uncomfortable. Needed instructions for the oven and more detailed for the tv etc.

The site, the rooms were great and it was really good value for money
