Broken toilet seat; shower blocked

The apartment was super clean and in a nice neighborhood not far from the city center. Our room had a small balcony with a wonderful view. Very recommended for couples to stay a few days in Bologna

It was not clear that you have to register on an external site.

Good communication with the host, close to the centre, parking on street, good common area with facilities

It would have been good to access the private bathroom from within the room but it was fine

Great location, had everything we needed and room was great. Communication was excellent.

Easy to check in, clean, big kitchen full equipped.

I should have looked for something closer to the city center in summer. It was 30min walk.

Check in instructions were very helpful. Apartment was clean, had my own private bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you would need. Comfy bed, good Wi-Fi and loved my balcony. Fifteen minutes or less into the town centre, nearby supermarket and a Lidl, twentyish minute walk to nearby public pool where you can pay in and rent a sun lounger. Owner was incredibly helpful and responded to any messages quickly and even helped book a taxi for me to the airport as I had a really early flight and no buses or trains were running. Highly recommend and would stay here if and when I come back

Nice stay at Avantgard rooms, quite good location close to bus stops, shops or restaurants.

The only thing we had problem with were the Keyes. Sometimes they don’t fit to the locker and we had problem with opening the door.
