Modern apartment. Fair location. Clean and with everything needed. Host always reachable. Big bathroom and kitchen fully equipped. Bed is really comfortable and nice balcony

- very clean - excellent location - bedroom & bathroom quite large and comfortable - quiet at night - nice & accomodating host (we didn't meet but communication through booking.com was excellent). Self check-in and out instructions were clear, and the host was very helpful with our special requests - lots of useful stuff in the kitchen (we really appreciated having a good coffee machine, espresso capsules and coffee cream)

The building is being renovated, which means a lot of construction noise (but only during the day) and dirt. It was not a problem for us, but it would be for people who want to sleep after 8 am :)

Nice new flat, great bathroom, also good that it had shutters so you can get a good night sleep. Host Enrico was fantastic if it comes to communication! :)

Slow wi-fi, location was ok but it is a good fast 15 min walk to the old town which is a bit too far away for me. Once you leave in the morning it would be a bit of a pain to come back if you forgot something. Also the building is being renovated so it looks completely deserted- thought I was the only person living in the whole building before two other girls arrived. So do not get scared when you get there 😊

Nice little balcony, relatively close to the city center outside ZTL, enough parking spots on the streets (7.5€ per day) The room was fine.

The bathroom is accessible from the common area.

Comfortable and clean room, easy self check-in and self check-out (at 11 am which should be noted). We arrived by car and easily found a car park in the street below. AC working well. Compared to other properties we visited, this one was relatively cheap, probably because it opened only a few weeks ago.

Private bathroom outside of the room but I think the other room was empty: not an issue for us. FYI there are renovation works going on in the building. This being said, they have not bothered us.
