Urban Nest S Orsola

It was very close to the center of Bologna and in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has a filtrated tap water which is great.

Although it has a personal bathroom one has to go through a shared space which is not very pleasant when sharing apartment with complete strangers. The room was very narrow and with tiny night stands. The kitchen utensils were not clean or at least looked like that because of the carbonated tap water.

I loved the room and the neighbourhood, the I loved the room and its location - a quiet, secluded part of the city, about a 30-minute walk from the Bologna Centrale train station. The room was clean, we had sets of towels for ourselves + one extra if needed, there were extra pillows and duvets in the wardrobes if we needed them. Placing two rooms next to each other with two separate bathrooms was very functional, we did not get in each other's way with other guests. Overall, we consider the trip and stay to be a great success.

We only had one toilet paper for 5-days stay, but I guess that was just a small issue that we could fix ourselves :)

Clean room and bathroom. Renponsive and helpful host.

Small room, huge closet. It could have a smaller closet and a proper table/desk. Not soundproof (we could hear every word of our apartment's neighbour).

The room was really clean and comfortable, with the elevator so the fact that it was on the 3rd floor was not an issue. Bathroom also spacious and clean, with hot water and hairdryer available. Kitchen in the common space with a fridge was nice to have. Quite close to the city centre, less than 2km to Piazza Maggiore.

It was cold in the room and there was no pilot for the AC, the radiator was not heating up. Microwave was not heating up food - maybe I didn't know how to use it. No coffee and tea in the kitchen. Bathroom is not directly connected to the room but entered from the common corridor, that's a bit of an inconvenience.

Very comfortable bed and nice and clean bathroom. The host was also very friendly, welcoming and responsive.

I highly recommend it, a very good host, he is always at your disposal if you need him, he also made it easy for us to leave our luggage in his shed and go get them later in the afternoon with all the good intentions to help in what we tell him is the best 10/10 BEST!! thanks for everything!!

Location is good. 20 mins by foot to city centre. Room and bathroom was very clean and seems newly renovated.

Check in time is too late. It should be earlier.
