Windermere lodge,sleeps 6

The stay was incredible, the lodge was absolutely beautiful. The owners was extremely helpful when messages/questions was sent Will definitely be looking to book again! The lodge was beautifully decorated, the mattress in the main bedroom is the comfiest I have stayed on! I need one! Couldn't recommend this lodge enough!

Place was nice

Kettle didn't work correctly as lid kept opening Pull out sofa bed not very comfy

Fabulous stay. Beautiful Lodge. Well kept. Very clean. Awesome location. Used the boats from Brockholes was a great way to get around the lakes. Also the bus is just outside on the main road.

Loved the location and range of things to do nearby

Felt the accommodation needed a bit of an upgrade. Looking tired in a number of areas, no light above door outside, shower in main bathroom continuously dripping, en suite not very clean and holes in base unit plus toilet seat broken. No cleaning products in lodge and mop left was mouldy and torn. Only one teaspoon yet loads of other cutlery. Cobwebs on light fittings in every room. Floors not clean. Behind couch covered in dust etc. We always leave accommodation as we find it and we were disappointed with cleanliness on arrival and lack of basic cleaning products including a decent mop. For the price we expected top quality accommodation as we have experienced in other lodges stayed in. Overpriced for standard of lodge.

The place had everything we needed. It was comfortable and everything was good quality. The location was excellent. Will surely go again

Nothing in particular

It was lush and large enough for a family of 4, everything was there as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and valued for money.

The toilet are still dirty and you can see the dirt/poo from previous clients. That's the only bad point on our stay.
