Windermere lodge,sleeps 6

Nice clean property with 2 bathrooms and wc, living area cum kitchen, one double bed, 2 single beds in second bedroom.

Quite compact, beds were not very comfortable.

Lovely property very comfortable

Well furnished and tastefully decorated, this lodge offers all the comforts of home for a pleasant stay in the Lake District. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals.

The kitchen and bathrooms were tidy, and the bedrooms were well-made with fresh, comfortable bedding. However, the bedroom tables needed cleaning, so we did this ourselves. We also noticed a few old, dusty cobwebs in the corners of some rooms, which we took care of. Overall, while the accommodation was nice, we felt that the price didn't offer fair value compared to similar properties on the park and hotels nearby.

Very clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, owners quick to respond and helpful, decking area being enclosed was perfect for our little dog, nice little touches eg coffee, sugar, dvds, toiletries

I t wasn’t that we didn’t like the property, we thought it was lovely but a couple of issues we had was: The cupboard in the large bedroom could do with being better organised, there was bedding everywhere and we had to fit our clothes in around it all. Although my daughter found the pullout bed comfy, there wasn’t really anywhere for her to put her things, she used the only cupboard available in the kitchen, which meant we had nowhere to store our dry goods as all the other cupboards were full of cook ware.

Just loved the area the lodge met our needs and very comfortable for the 6 of us just needed more towels but we managed… definitely book here again if available x
