"Great stop over near Sandringham."

Stop over for one night whilst visiting local tourist attractions. Lovely room above a pub, nicely decorated and very clean . Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning in room which was great as very warm. Coffee and tea facilities with a treat of yummy biscuits. Really good toiletries and fluffy towels. Had dinner at the pub and breakfast, not cheap but very good . Would stay again . Worth booking if you want dinner.

Could hear the chairs being scrapped along the floor in the pub below at closing time when trying to get off to sleep and then again very early on the Sunday morning, I think it was during cleaning times. Didn’t wake my daughter who is a deep sleeper but not good if you are a light sleeper

The property was perfect. Very comfortable, very clean and everything you could wish for in a hotel accommodation would definitely stay again and recommend to others

The breakfast was I think a little expensive so we gave it a miss the second night we stayed

"Fabulous stay with friendly staff. Meal was really good."

Clean and new bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioning in bedroom and bar. Fresh milk in fridge.

No shaving point in bathroom for water flosser/ shaver.

Spotlessly clean, brilliant linens and superb food. Everything was amazing

I think the blurb said 2 charging points for EVs which were not available since they had only just been installed but honestly, this place is fabulous

A lovely surprise find, really liked the rooms, large modern and air-conditioned, super clean with a luxury bathroom attached. Nice touches with in-room SMEG coffee machine and complimentary fudge. Dinner and breakfast were also excellent - proper brewed tea..

Really couldn't find fault..
