"Pleasant"

Liked the location, perfect for where we wanted to be.

Not very clean. Dust and cobwebs. Skirting boards needed painting. Dryer left with towels in and washing machine with wet bedding. Outside area very untidy, not a place where you would want to sit on a sunny day. Would have been nice if there were some teabags and milk and coffee left for guests. Also a full roll of toilet paper would be appreciated. There was a book in the room with some reviews from 22/23. It sounds like the business venture started out with enthusiasm. There were comments about how welcoming and clean the property was. It is unfortunately not like anymore.

"Quiet location better than a noisy hotel"

Very spacious , quiet and had all things needed for short stay. Well equipped and off road parking .

The property is looking a bit unloved, really could do with a good clean( dusting , hoovering and general refresh) lots of things broken or need repairing properly .
