Both sofas smelt strongly of cannabis. I messaged the owner, who advised it was the previous occupants. I could not sit on them due to the overpowering smell. To watch TV, I sat on the bay window sill. There were no UK TV channels, just poor IPTV channels with nothing worth watching. We had wanted to watch coverage of the olympics, but that wasn't an option. The shower leaked into the kitchen. The outside picture of the property looks to have been taken just after a tidy up. The outside areas are full of weeds now. The property owner incorrectly called me the night before asking if I was staying in another property, and had got us mixed up with another property he has.

Tumble dryer was on nearly all evening, wasn't clean. Mirrors and window were dirty. Bathroom had a puddle in it beside the bath.

so when I arrived they is mould in the bedrooms my son is oxygen depended over night and got lung disease also when I got into the bed the cleaner did not dry them properly so I had to sleep with my son in a bed that was wet and had mould in it not good at all also ants nests inn the house.

Kitchen and living room where gorgeous! Upstairs needs updating to match.

No tv’s in the bedrooms, why?

The house has got and cold running water, unfortunately it runs through the ceiling

DO NOT BOOK! Water was cascading through the kitchen ceiling when we had a shower. It literally flows through the electric light fitting, very very dangerousIt's a known fault for over a year and the owner has done very little about it. Simply awful. Decking is dangerous outside and there was rubbish and weeds everywhere. The top step of the stairs has not been correctly carpeted and was a trip hazard. Black mould in the corner of one room. One single roll of toilet paper for the whole house just to top it off. For all this the owner offered me 50% off.despite the house failing several HSE points and not being able to shower me or my kids for 3 days. Penny pinching service beyond belief. Would not advise anyone to book here

The property was conveniently located for access to amenities. There was adequate space both within and outside the property for a family of 5.

Use of shower in bathroom resulted in water pouring through kitchen ceiling lights (ceiling already repaired from water damage). Garden decking in dangerous state. Poor state of cleanliness in several areas of house. Wet bedding left in tumble dryer, no sheets etc on single bed. No response from host/owner to issues raised.

Needs spare Toilet roles 1 for a 4 night stay not enough.
