The kitchen, dining room and the front room are amazing.

New dining chairs needed. A couple damaged. The blinds and curtains need attention in a couple of places. The back yard could do with tidying up a bit. More cutlery. 2 forks

The property listed is a great find, it is good value for the service provided (host was great). The rooms were spacious and clean, there was plenty of facilities like smart TV and wifi. The property has great design throughout, and could easily sustain a family. The location is very good, as it is only 10 mins from Middlesborough which has everything.

The property could have better flooring and tiles, as some are being worn out and shows the age of the property. If the tiles are fixed and the flooring overall in the house is refurbished; it could be an excellent apartment.

Location was brill. Nice big house. Ideal for what was required. Would stay again.

I had trouble opening the key box, entirely my fault, however the owner called me because he seen me on camera struggling to get in. Found it a bit creepy being watched especially as we were single women staying there. I’d have liked to know about a camera at time of booking. Property wasn’t the cleanest, it should be deep cleaned not just a quick surface lick. There were only 2 forks.
