Stunning 3 Bedroom Dutch barn cottage with parking

It was exactly as described - very clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for 1 night stay

The property was warm and welcoming

The host was excellent with his communication and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself was lovely and had lots of mod cons. It was very cold outside but the house was lovely and warm when we arrived and throughout our 2 night stay.Many thanks 😊

Lovely property, good facilities and very nice rooms

Nothing to dislike but bathroom could be updated a little

The house is in an ideal location for where we were visiting during our stay. It was spacious and has off-road parking. The area is pleasant.

This house did not meet our expectations and we wouldn't return. The standard of cleanliness was not what it should have been (we even found someone else's underwear left on the bedroom floor) and we had issues with more than one thing not working properly (including water leaking from the shower/bath through the kitchen light fittings). Overall we felt the house needs a thorough clean, some routine maintenance and upkeep inside and out, and the addition of some basic items you would expect to find (e.g. a door mat, recycling facilities, etc). We also disliked the fact the field right opposite is a building site for a new housing estate with work (and therefore noise) starting around 8am each morning. We passed on our main concerns during our visit but aside from being provided with more washing up liquid, they weren't resolved during our stay. We have given the host more detailed feedback since we left, but didn't receive a response.

No instructions to use the cooker/oven so couldn't cook some food we had bought.
