Location for the purpose of our visit.

Lack of kitchen equipment such as utensils, pots, pans, kitchen roll, little extras such as bins in bedrooms, tissues. Also bathroom was not very clean. TV not connected to an aerial so cannot get ordinary TV

"It was only an overnight stay; but property was clean, comfortable and was good value for money"

We arrived a little early; but property wasn't ready, however it was ready soon after the notified check in time so that was fine.

The property would benefit from a check in list providing basic details regarding the wifi password and how to put heating on etc., which we couldn't work out and didn't manage to get hold of the host; but were only there for one night!
