Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa-Deluxe All Inclusive

We stayed in the over water hut for 7 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff with a kind welcoming, our luggage was handled for us, and we were given a ride to our villa. The villa was exceptional, pool was clean, bed & towels/linens were changed daily, view was amazing. All four restaurants had a variety of menu, drink options, and kind staff as well. We opted in on the honeymoon package and were impressed with the services provided (complimentary massage, rose pedal bath, floating breakfast, honeymoon dinner on the beach, cute surprises throughout the week, etc) Everything felt accessible with Wisham available to give us a ride as needed, we had bikes at the villa as options as well, and everything was good walking distance for us. We took advantage of all three options. Wisham (our concierge) was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, kind hearted, and thoughtful. We will definitely miss seeing him on a daily basis. He went above and beyond for us and even set up our dinners and activities for us!

We don't have any complaints, absolutely loved everything about our stay. The bath towels weren't very comfortable but that isn't really something to complain about. Everything was always clean and of decent quality.

The resort and island are lovely but the service is what sets the Emerald apart. We were greeted the minute we landed to the time we checked in again at the airport. What was really special was our personal concierge, Wisham, who tended to our every need. He always responded in minutes if not seconds and did his best to make our every request happen, including ensuring our baby had customised food prepared. He made this holiday truly unforgettable by going above and beyond! The other staff including (but not limited to) Wasim, Alok, Pritam, David, Vikas, Siri andArjeev also made us feel so at home every time they saw us. Always ready with a chat and a smile. They provided the perfect, most relaxing getaway for our family

We would especially like to mention Wisham, to congratulate him on his service, his good mood, and for being there for us throughout our entire stay. We are French, and despite the language barrier, he managed to understand us and made our stay a true paradise experience. Thank you to him, thank you for organizing such a perfect stay, thank you for the gifts, thank you for everything! We hope to see you again in a few years when we return. We truly appreciate you all! We had a truly unforgettable 6-day stay at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa with my partner. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy every day. All the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to our butler, Wishman, who was exceptionally proactive, attentive, and efficient. Whenever we had any questions or issues, he responded immediately and resolved everything quickly, making our trip smooth and stress-free. We would also like to sincerely thank Manager Wasim for taking the time to communicate with us several times during our stay. He listened carefully to our feedback, and we truly appreciated that the improvements were made promptly throughout our journey, which made our overall experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. We truly had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, and we would love to come back again in the future.

We stayed at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The service and attention to detail were excellent throughout our stay. Sid, who was assigned to assist us, was extremely helpful and responsive. He answered all our questions very quickly via WhatsApp and helped arrange everything smoothly. The resort itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very functional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the honeymoon touches. The complimentary honeymoon dinner and massage were both very nice and made our trip feel even more special. Another highlight was the airport and seaplane assistance. From the moment we collected our luggage at Male Airport, someone was there to assist us, and this continued all the way until we got off the seaplane and checked in for our return flight. This level of support was a real luxury and made the whole transfer process very easy and stress-free. The food was generally good, and the cocktails at the beach bars were excellent. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Emerald Maldives, especially for a honeymoon.

Absolutely everything was perfect, everything was explained on how and what to do like the app they have where you book what to do. Food, drinks and service was amazing. Our butler Shafiu did an amazing job and super friendly.
