We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property itself is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the chefs did an amazing job throughout our stay. What made the experience even more special was the warm and caring atmosphere created by the staff — they truly make you feel comfortable and at home. A special thank you to our host Shafi: Tina, Sam and Asfad from restaurant team, Beni from Dolphin Kids Club, our housekeeper (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) for their kindness, professionalism and hospitality. They made our holiday even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The most amazing place on every respect. Could not fault. I honestly have never experienced anything like this resort. Thank you Sid and everyone for making the experience so memorable.

We spent an amazing week at Emerald Maldives. Our host Sid made the experience so special as he was welcoming,attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us in the presidential suite. Sid was prompt to reply to our requests and added a personal touch that made the stay incredible. Sid and Loki arranged a special in-villa breakfast. Alok and Pritam ensured birthday dinner celebrations were fantastic. David, Bright,Rai and all the sommeliers and bar staff ensured our wines were perfectly chosen and cocktails refreshing. Nitin,Samar, Sanoon,Sam and all of the restaurant staff were incredible. The variety of food was exceptional Govi led us with Pilates and sunrise yoga. It was lovely to chat to management as they circulated through the restaurants to ensure we were having the best possible experience. All of the staff were friendly and would greet you as you cycled past. We were fortunate to be at the end of the pier and could snorkel off the deck to the reef close by. The amount of marine life was impressive. I highly recommend Emerald to anyone seeking a luxurious stay.

Everything was perfect. All the staff are super helpful and attentive with everything you might need.

I liked the over water villas. They are big and spacious. The beach was nice and seeing lots of fish in the water was great.

The staff were nice however everything was done without much thought or consideration. No one cared to ask you what you wanted or what you didn't. They made decisions on my behalf without ever consulting with me first and completely ignoring my requests. The wood decking is falling apart. There are beehives in the wood and the staff isn't very eager to replace the wood without many requests. The worst part for me was the number of screaming and crying young children that many families brought in with them to the island. Not sure why the parents thought is a good idea to disturb the vacations of everyone else but they sure did. The other annoying part was having jet skis run on the only blue lagoon beach. The jet skis made so much noise to wake up a dead man. Why on earth would someone assume that this was a good idea is totally beyond me but that's about many other odd things the staff did without doing much planning. The ladders going into the water from the villas are extremely steep and hard to use. The entertainment was an afterthought as much as everything else that was inconsiderate. The food was ok but as a vegan I had a hard time picking up food that was already made. I asked to have the lentil soup made vegan however I was told that they'll make me a special one ... so instead of having food ready made that I could eat, I had to sit and wait for half an hour for someone to make me food after I got there ... I was there for a week and I couldn't wait to leave. The weather and water was not a typical to the Maldives. I felt like I was in Mexico rather than where I was. It's fair to say that I would never return.

Everything was beautiful — the resort, the staff, and the food. What impressed me the most was the perfect balance between privacy and attention to detail. You never feel disturbed, yet at the same time you always feel genuinely cared for. We came to the Maldives with extremely high expectations, and somehow this resort managed to exceed every single one of them. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Our villa with a private pool and direct access to the sea was absolutely stunning and became the perfect home for our family during our stay. The food was incredible throughout the entire trip — genuinely, every meal felt special. A special mention goes to Asiatique and Amazonico, which were unforgettable dining experiences for us. The beach bar also became our favorite lunch spot each day. Highlights included the beautiful house reef, where our family snorkeled with turtles, eagle rays, reef sharks, and countless colorful fish — truly a magical experience. One of the things we loved most was exploring the island by bike. It added such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere to every day. At the same time, the staff always went above and beyond to make things easy for us. Sid in particular took amazing care of us, always making sure we had a golf cart whenever the weather was not ideal or when our daughter needed extra support. He made our stay effortless and ensured everything we needed was smoothly arranged. What truly made this place unforgettable, though, was the people. From our sommelier Chris to the wonderful teams across the bars and restaurants — including Meraj, Nitin, Samah, Pawan, Vikas, and many others — every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personal. The level of hospitality was extraordinary and made us feel truly cared for throughout the stay. We are incredibly grateful for such a memorable experience and would return without hesitation.
