A surcharge of Euro 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours , specifically from 8 PM - 10 PM o'clock. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We inform you that from 2 December 2024 the renovation works on the external facades of the building will begin, this will cause some nuisance, you may experience noise from 8:00 to 16:00 and the construction site scaffolding will be erected in front of the windows to carry out the works. It is expected that these works will be carried out in 3/4 months, therefore December 2024, January, February and March 2025. We ask for your understanding, we invite you to contact us for any request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Ambiente accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Giusta temperatura interna e camera ben organizzata con molti cassetti e alcune stampelle. L'host è stata gentilissima e ci ha permesso di restare oltre il previsto check-out. Posizione strategica: vicina alla stazione Stella Polare e vista mare suggestiva sia di giorno che di sera.

Un po' caro 130,80€ per una sola notte fuori stagione, visti anche gli orari di check-in e check-out. Inoltre, la struttura non è insonorizzata: si sentivano chiaramente i rumori dal piano superiore e le persone che salivano le scale esterne.
