Because of bad behavior of staffs and changing the policy after the booking.

Number one is the location, if you want peace and quiet, with the most fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and tea plantations, this is the place for you. Incredible amount of wild birds to be seen and the cooler weather was much needed after the stuffy humid weather down on the planes. Most wonderfully ‘ no mosquitoes .

There is a fairly long rough track that takes you to this location from the main road. It is very bumpy, and every time you want to make a trip out by rickshaw or taxi, you have to endure this rocky bumpy track. There are walkable options if you want to go somewhere else for dinner as there’s a couple of resorts up the hill. (30/40 min walk). I would say it’s a sacrifice Worth making considering the Tranquility of this resort …

Stunning location on the hill side. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They don’t sell beer but we had some delivered for dirt cheap. The food was delicious and the pool was a very welcome addition after a day on our motorbikes. If you are riding take it slow on the track. Stunning views from the balcony. Highly recommend and would definitely come back ❤️

Wonderful behaviour by staff...Food was really nice. Nice picturesque locale
