The view from the cottage was nice

The cottages were way too pricey for the facilities they provide. We had a flat screen television in our room which didnt work even after the technician tried to make it work.Even the breakfast wasnt included in the package

The location is unreal with great views of Munnar. Restaurant food was good.

The supervisor at the front desk was rude and abrasive when trying to book an early transfer to a tea plantation. He refused to book at the time we requested until pushed unnecessarily. Kinda condescending guy to be honest.

Location of the hotel is definitely attractive However accessibility to town becomes and issue as they don’t have any shuttle and cabs or autos charge a huge amount for just 5km drop & pick up. Must mention of Restaurant staff named Bala - superb guy, actually the only staff member who truly understands hospitality. The pool is small but it’s location is pretty.

1. The bed mattress was broken, gave me back ache 2. Eating in at the hotel’s restaurant was a task, lots of waiting, too much confusion with order taker, wrong food served limited options in all meals 3. The play area which the hotel flaunts has many flaws too- their carrom boards (there were only 2) were broken, not fit to play, TT bats were worn out badly. They should keep replacing the broken ones otherwise please take it off your list online. 4. Our second room did not have hot water at all on day one, and it’s actually cold for a cold shower 5. The most important and our biggest disappointment- we requested late check out only by 2 hours , the staff handled the request rudely and came banging on our doors, we offered to pay for 2 hours too. We were in the property and saw the other “so called” arrivals had not arrived. We asked if can get some place to shower before we leave for airport, they rudely declined and all in all staff really needs to understand how to handle situations.

The approach road is in a dilapidated condition and needs careful driving

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay. All the staffs were extremely helpfull and polite. The food was yummy. To reach the location you need an expert driver as the road is very narrow but it is worth, once you reach this resort as the view is amazing. Would suggest this place for family, couples and for company tours.
