Quartiere tranquillo, comodo al centro. Appartamento grande, un bel balcone dove poter fare colazione. Cucina attrezzata

L'accoglienza della signora non è stata delle piu calorose. Mi ha chiesto insistentemente l'orario di arrivo, purtroppo arrivando con l'aereo essere precisi mi risultava impossibile. Sono arrivata con 2 minuti di ritardo e credo ci abbia detto cose poche carine in portoghese nonostante io continuassi a ripetere che non comprendevo la lingua. Se si gestisce una struttura non ci si puo comportare così.

La cisterna goteaba constantemente y la ducha me hirió de gravedad

Appartamento molto spazioso, nel complesso pulito e completo di accessori sia per il bagno, lavanderia e cucina.

Si sente il water gocciolare per tutta la notte e mancanza di ventilatore necessario nei periodi caldi

No estaba muy lejos de lo que es el centro, tardamos unos 15/20 minutos. Era grande y tenía bastante luz, todo limpio. No se escuchaba ni un ruido de ningún vecino.

El sofá estaba roto, pero bueno era cómodo, se oían un poco las obras, la cama chirriaba, la ducha estaba rota, (el botón), nos costó un poco encontrar el apartamento ya que no se veía muy bien. Solo nos dejaron un tarro muy pequeño de gel y jabón para lavarnos las manos. La ventana pequeña habría q ponerle algo para taparla o que pongan las cortinas más gruesas ya que reflejaban a la TV y la pequeña se veía todo. La puerta del baño no tenía cerrojo.

I loved how close the property was the the centre, only a short walk to the park and to Victoria. The facilities the apartment offered were also much better than most the places I was searching for around this area, it was amazing being able to cook my own food with the hob, wash my clothes and relax in front of the smart Tv.

The washing machine wasn’t working and the shower head was falling down when I arrived but I informed the staff immediately and someone came to fix both the next morning which I’m very grateful for. There was unfortunately a very loud party happening below until 2am the first night I was there which was rather disturbing too but that was probably just bad luck.

The apartment was great! Nice and spacious, with a good balcony in a generally quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk and you’re in the city. There were also lots of convenient extras like a washing machine, hairdryer, and some cleaning supplies already available. All in all, everything was well organized and I had a wonderful stay!

The only thing I would change is the holder for the shower head — it’s positioned facing the wall, which isn’t very convenient. But that’s the only thing!

It was clean and spacious.

The bath room didn’t have ventilation, so if you use it the smell will stay there forever. Also it would have been nice to have a little bit of something as a welcome to make your experience better, sometimes in other places the have left for us teas, coffee, and some cookies to have as a welcome gift. Things that don’t cost much and will make your stay nicer , or even a bottle of water. But there was literally nothing, very impersonal, business oriented but not warm.
