NZThe property has a perfect central location. The interior is in pristine condition. The gym and pool are both excellent. My room was lovely: an interesting and functional design with a pleasant outlook over the city.

NZWhat a lovely room! The set up, facilities/supplies and amenities were awesome! Couch and bed were VERY comfy. My 'property manager' was so lovely and helpful - She had to help me get access initially but that was due to me expecting a lock-box and not reading a new email from them.
The pool was out of action (closed due to filtration issue) so that was disappointing.

ITAppartamento grande e funzionale in un palazzo moderno nel centro di Wellington, con lavatrice/asciugatrice , cucina attrezzata . Al piano terra ci sono anche una palestra e una piscina al chiuso fruibili dai clienti della Struttura.
Essendo centrale e’ difficile parcheggiare vicino alla struttura se non per scaricare i bagagli e la sera dopo una certa ora . Ci sono dei parcheggi a pagamento che conviene utilizzare perché anche allontanandosi dal centro e’ davvero difficile parcheggiare senza problemi.
