Crown Street Aparthotel 2

Location was great and perfect for what we needed 2/3 of the rooms we booked were fine and parking which was a bonus (secure as well)

1 of the rooms we had stunk of smoke, had a kettle that was vile and unusable, a broken shower (good job we booked 3 apartments) and because they had to have the window open because of the smell got no sleep as this apartment is in the town centre and on Fri night the taxi rank is next door so everyone screaming until 5am 😩

Good location for what we needed. The apartment was small but had everything we needed.

Not knowing how to turn on the hot water. It would've been good to have some sort of direction as to where the boiler was to turn on the hot water. Luckily, we found it without having to ring and ask.

The first apartment we were given was dirty & unexceptionable But was soon rectified & the apartment we were then given was spot on.

Warm and spacious, close to city center and car parking space included in the price was great.

It's tired, wallpaper coming off the walls the sink was cracked and the smell of stale cigarette smoke was very uncomfortable. It's a shame it could be a little gem if it was updated.i personally wouldn't stay again in it's current state but if updated, i would due to size location and car park

Information on how to check in and park from the host was clear. Good location and comfortable bad in bedroom

Annoying to have to register a credit card and pay a deposit online on a separate website before getting check-in information. Sofa bed was terrible, not suitable as a bed for anyone

Even with the new double glazing there was still some noise from the nearby nightclub and customers
