Comfy and clean excellent hosts and clear communication

Couldn’t sleep much last 2 nights as near the nightclub and loud people outside

Good location, good amount of space and bed room is huge.

Sadly the windows didn’t open to let some fresh air in. The hall way was very dark due to the choice of wall paper and some of the wall paper was peeling off.

The noise from the clubs was to loud but if you do your research and see excatly where the appartment is situated its expected

I was canceled 30 minutes before I could arrive at the location, they gave me the key code, I waited 6 hours inside the cafe and they left me on the street they said they had some problems with a boiler and didn't offer me another room after i pay 80£ and 100£ deposit i need to insist to return my money back they give me but later night time if i don't have another money to rent a hotel room ? i was in the street very unprofessional I do not recommend

Central location, free and secure parking opposite property, clean apartment with everything we needed, and a bargain price for our one night stay.

Outside entrance, access door and stairwell very scruffy and uninviting. Smell of drains at time in apartment.

The shower was cold, I asked/contacted numerous times for them to take a look throughout my stay and no one turned up to fix it. Paid £100 deposit for “damages” which they don’t inform you of until you have booked and then now that has been taken away from me all because of a foundation mark on the pillow. They don’t rush to give you your deposit back/nor contact you to let you know you won’t receive it back. Would not recommend at all, taking money from people for unnecessary reasons that are not damages.

Our stay was cancelled, last minute.
