The location was fantastic the flat was clean and comfortable

There was no hanging space for your clothes the parking gate would not open

Very central and really comfy and clean. Absolutely great apartment and would happily stay again.

Everything was great including communication with the host.

Great location in the centre of Halifax. Not noisy. Good to have self-catering facilities. Quite a good view from the windows, as it was on the top floor.

There were 73 steps to climb (no lift). I had to complain about several issues, and sent photos, but nothing was done. There was thick dust everywhere (probably plaster dust from refurbishment). The cooker hob was cracked (cut my finger). The water was scalding hot. Window frame broken and window stuck open about 2cm, but no other ventilation as the other windows wouldn't open. I think the apartment could get very hot in summer, due to being in the roof space of the building. There were obstacles at head height, making it awkward to move around the bed. The mattress was old and sagging. No instructions for TV or appliances. No cleaning items such as vacuum, mop, dustpan.

Apartment is unfinished, unclean and with stains on the floor and walls (see pics). Builders writing on walls still, doible bed was two single beds pushed together so not comfy. Bedroom window had cardboard inside? Utility room a mess with damp and broken floor. Apartment corridoors full of boxes and bed linen. Sofa bed very hard. Just really unpleasant. I didnt feel clean being there. Also didn't receive door code info after paying deposit so had to call customer service to get info sent to us which took 45 mins. Just don't stay here!

Very clean, extremely comfortable, excellent value for money, you can barely hear the outside noise on a Friday eve anymore as double glazing has been put on the inside of the windows to keep the noise out, exactly as described plus more, will most definitely stay again 😊

Clean, central location.

Unacceptably difficult to check in. The car park was a total nightmare- I had a late check in at night and could not find a control panel in the park to exit... Good looking trying to find a small red button in the dark. The next day I was also stuck in the car park as the internal key fob was not operational. Had to speak to customer support and exit to open the gate from the outside. Total faff. The welcome message was a list of fines, miserable experience. I would avoid.

Incredible location, super responsive hosts, and very secure parking. Would 100% recommend.

Overall the apartment was really nice, and in a great location.

However, the apartment was very outdated, some of the blinds were broken. The couch was very uncomfortable, the heaters made some noises when switched on.
