Trying to locate key through two locked boxes in the dark

The apartment was welcoming and great location, clean and suited 2 friends travelling. Having our own individual space. The welcome instructions from the host were perfect, and having the parking was wonderful. Thank you.

A light in the entrance would have been good as it was a very dark entrance with no natural light. I think the light bulb just needs replacing. But difficult to see on arrival. Other than that, all was great.

The apartment is attractive and well furnished with great views over the river and exceptional location for the city centre. Great to have parking that close to the centre.

There was quite intrusive noise from the apartment upstairs at times due to the squeaky floor as you can clearly hear people walking about.

Lovely apartment. Bed was very comfortable, quiet building. Fan was a very appreciated extra comfort and made it even better. Best sleep ever! Close to centre of York, easy reach of train station.

Nothing to not like.

Perfect location

The location was perfect, really handy for everything. The property has two bathrooms and a lift, just what we needed for our group. One parking space provided free of charge, very hard to get parking in York so this was very useful. Great views over the river.

The apartment was very hot, even with fans provided. I think it didn't help that the heating had been left on at 27 degrees when we arrived, even in warm weather.

The property is perfectly located in the middle of York in walking distance from all the major attractions. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Nice view over the river from the master bedroom and the living room. The parking spot that comes with the apartment was very convenient and properly saved us 25 GBP per day.

The floors are not leveled. You have the impression that you are in a slope. Mattresses were too soft for my liking and need replacement. On Friday and Saturday night the place was very noisy as the York nightlife continuous until 3am in the morning on the opposite riverbank.

Great location and just the right size for 2 couples, was a warm few days but two big fans in each bedroom was great.

Was all great, but the parking is in a small courtyard which holds 6 cars, you do have your own space, but you gad to manoeuvre carefully to get in it, didn’t need to move the car until we left so that helped!
