Staff's welcoming attitude, cleanliness

Service needs to be improved. specially for Room Service orders. Indoor sports room need immediate maintenance. Game equipment not proper like TT bat, ball etc.

Breakfast was nice,

Its very crowdy place. not suitable for family if you are visiting to relax.

Lot of events which keep the children’s and parents busy

The rooms and food and over all infrastructure is old. They keep on repairing while u stay in the room.

Everything. Let's start from the beginning. The check-in experience was very average; there were no welcome standards. It looks like I am getting checked into a cheap lodge.  I got a room no. H-106, and as soon as I opened the room, a very fishy smell was all around. That room was stinking due to poor maintenance. Dirty curtains, the washroom was like, you never wanted to take a shower. The washroom curtains are so dirty you can't imagine.  Food: very average food; ordered tom yam soup that was tasteless; used chicken cubes in Thai red curry instead of thin chicken stripes. Chicken cubes were very hard to chew, and I could not eat them.  Most important: security standards. There were expired fire extinguishers placed. Their expiration date was 3rd Aug 24. I checked around 5-7 extinguishers; they all were either expired or low on pressure. I am wondering how come a fire safety has gone on toss.  Staff- average staff except for few hostess. Value for money- not at all. Not advisable specially for couples. There is no vibes except for a pool. Location - Average.
