Breakfast was good

Almost everything. 1. I had booked for a superior room with sofa and bed. I got two rooms with four beds. For two people that was useless. 2 WiFi was not working. Management had no clue as to how to fix the WiFi issue. I heard a guest walked away because of WiFi issue. 3. No hot water for shower. 4. Hotel has a big property almost 15 years old. But maintenance has been very poor. 5. When you press toilet flush, water will come with such a force that whole bathroom will be flooded with water.

Basically nothing other than the room size was big.

1. AC kept leaking and wet the bed. 2. For a whole day, there was nothing to look upto. 3. The kids zone has nothing but two rides and some used balls and games. There was no person from the staff engaging the kids. 4. Very lethargic staff. If you order something, you do not recieve it till you have called a number of times. 5. No map, no person to explain where yo go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is no one to explain what you can look forward to when you check in. 6. The basic ammenities which were advertised in your website where not there. Not even an electric kettle. Had to call the home service thrice to get one. No cups for Tea and Coffee. They said to use acryllic glasses. Unbelievable. 7. Food for a resort charging so much is way of course. No dish was such that we felt to take twice or speak about the same later on. Very very average.

The food is good and excellent

Housekeeping was poor. Rooms were dirty and not dusted for weeks. The bed mattress springs are broken.

The swimming pool was big but water was not completely clear or clean. Rooms were pretty big beds were a bit comfortable.Food was good.

The washroom were not maintained properly, tub was creaked and it felt like the washrooms were built in 1990s . Staff were mean and very forgetful, one small requested to be told 3 to 4 times. Things are missing in the room like tv remote water bottles etc.We had arranged 3 rooms and in all 3 there were differences.TVs were from different brands so were the ACs and the furnitures.The bed was different in every room, some were made of wood and some were made of metal .Cupboards were creaky and the doors too. Electricity was going out every 1 hour. Geysers dont work, freezing cold water is flowing.Worst of all and the last point,Network.I have never experienced worse internet than over here. You only get one or zero cellular bars. RECOMMENDATIONS~WOULD NOT STAY HERE.

I booked a room in Discover for my sister & mother. They loved the place. Food was good and the room was spacious. It was a good property to relax and chill.

Rooms are pretty spacious and can accommodate 4 people comfortably. The pool is massive and well maintained. The restaurant at the property offers a wide variety of food options. The quality of food is top notch. Unlinke most Resorts, Discover Resorts offers all day entertainment keeping the guests busy if they choose to indulge in the various activities offered by the resort. Super happy with the weekend stay. A big thumbs-up!
