Lights in room should be more

I loved the kids zone & adult play area in this resort which keeps both adults and kids occupied throughout the day.Moreover,they provided all three meals plus high tea which helped kids or senior citizens to stay calm throughout the day we stayed in the resort. Thanks to Sameer & few staffs who were kind enough to help us with food.

There were no room service .no one attempted to even ask for water or to make bed ready or clean bathrooms during our stay. It's hectic when we have kids around with us & no one cares for room service.That was disappointing to us. lastly,I would request to place a thick sized mat in the kids area as anyone would fall in front of kids room as it rains heavily during monsoon.This might lead to a major accident if its stays wet.

More verities of games for children

Scope for improvement in quality of food and cleanliness. Bedsheets were not clean. Floor mopping was not done instead of reminding the reception lady before coming. Restaurant Air conditioning could be improved. Noise insulation between rooms is not proper, the noise from the other room can be heard clearly.
