Great apartment. Not far from LIRR station.

The receptionist was very rude ,unconsiderate, unprofessional with out manner. Unable to fix the right to give me the right time to pick up the key.

The receptionist after he failed to schedule the time to pick up the key ,He told me I am not the one one eating your money ,Booking is call them and canceled your booking. Suprisingly He canceled my booking and lied that I did it.I have all in record.

I liked the location,the place was very quiet and clean I just enjoyed my leisure trip finely

Prolonged, unmitigated shouting in the hours between midnight and 7am in a foreign language so it was hard to say whether it’s a matter for the police. It continued even after the host said he’s coming over to take care of it. Thumps and knocks and loud noises above a reasonable norm for hours on end in the middle of the night. Was told: co-tenants have mental issues, but will be asked to leave and that refund will be issued to me. TV not working. Bed sheets with holes in them. Upon completion of stay the host told me: the other tenants have mental issues, so he didn’t want to actually confront them; plus they’re more important financially speaking, as their stay is longer, that my stay is not as lucrative; for those reasons, he said, he lied to me about the attempts to remedy the crazy nights. He quoted me twice what I was paying per night, ridiculing the amount, and said “he wasn’t going to jeopardize” the other tenants payment for that, even though five minutes earlier he had told me they have mental issues and that he’s trying to get them out. Request for assistance when I discovered damage to my car was denied. I had to contact the police. Refund to me was not issued. Extremely negligent host, confirmed and self proclaimed liar.

The host cancelled my booking at the last minute leaving me stuck on Long Island with nowhere to stay.

Accommodation was advised as cancelled found out as sent them a message.

I called the owner the day of our reservation (actually Aug 10-11) when he didn’t respond to my email the day before about how to get in. He was very rude and said my room was no longer available and I could cancel. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. This was not so easy but finally my credit card company made it happen. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!! I’ve used Booking a lot and never had this happen.
