Location was great and convenient for public transportation.

I didn't like the fact of all the noise from the people upstairs and the cleaner was singing and talking loudly on the phone after 11pm. No remote for the television had to download a app for a remote. It's a beautiful place just needs more adjustments.

Nothing. It's a scam. Owner is a cheat and a liar

He messaged me on whatsapp that he has to cancel my booking and will refund the money when I was half an hour away from the property. I called him and he told me that there is another booking from a different platform and he sent me the booking.com contact number which we called immediately and he didn't reply to their calls so they sent him an email. I stayed that night at a nearby place booked through booking.com paying more than $200. He posted on the messaging app that booking cancelled as per request, a complete lie. Going through the reviews I realized he has done this multiple times and booking.com seem to be partners in crime. Later I called and mailed booking.com and they said there is no response and they can't help and said to contact during the check in period which was done by calling them immediately. Be ware of this man.He is a cheat and outright liar. I intend to report this to the local police citing all other the incidents reported in the reviews. I shall also propagate this widely on social media. Will not let this man go scot free.

Great appt in a safe neighborhood I was looking for a place that was affordable, had good security, private off street parking, and was an easy drive to JFK Airport. And this is it. I was ready to share a bathroom with other people (that's what all the other listings in my price range showed). No need to share -this is a complete apartment. Great privacy. Brian met me at the property - another unexpected plus. He also responded quickly when I had questions. I'm keeping Brian's number for the next time I need a place near JFK Airport.

Scam, fake/lies, abusive language. Owner/manager called me couple hours before checkin time. He asked me to stay somewhere else where he has this one bedroom instead of the studio that I’ve already booked a week ahead. I refused and told him that I paid for this and made a reservation for the studio shown in the pictures. He addressed to me with abusive language before he hung up on me. “[You paid booking, not me. Don’t you (word) come to my property]”. Looks like I am not the first one. I should have read carefully the negative feedbacks.
