Cheerful Studio Getaway/Garden/By Lake State Park.

The location was ideal, near JFK airport.

The shower water temperature was difficult to manage with the basement rental occupants using the same water line. The central air and heating controlled apartment and basement units are not good. Toilet didn't flush with full force. Also, the entire apartment needed a deep cleaning, lots of dirt and dust. Especially the bathroom!!

The host was extremely pleasant. He made us feel very very comfortable

I was pleased with everything in general. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again. Mr. Bryan is a very helpful person and definitely cares about customer satisfaction to the fullest. I thank him again and recommend this facility to everyone.

I never got to stay at the studio despite the fact that I had a confirmation over a month ago. I was contacted the day I was actually departing from Nashville to NY that the studio was double booked and would I consider taking another area of this property which included one furnished bedroom, kitchen and living room . I said I needed to see it since this is now putting us in a precarious situation to have to find alternative lodging elsewhere. When I arrived at the property Brian ( guest host ) gave timed me for a walk through.. initially I was taken back as the proposed accommodations were no where near those I had confirmed.. The carpet was old and stained , there was no connection for the television ( he offered to order batteries for the controller since Netflix’s was only accessible through PlayStation), the bathroom and one furnished ( with bed only) bedroom had old sheets and thin blanket .. The final straw when I took my husband in to look at it was a soiled comforter in the bedroom closet.. He offered me a refund but as of this report he is ignoring my text messages.. and has not honored his offer to contact Booking to waive the cancellation fee and return my money!! The other question is why was my confirmation cancelled and not honor since I had final confirmation August 14th after final payment was withdrawn August 13th!! After initial confirmation over a month ago!!

We booked the studio but owner messaged to say it was not available but had one bed available Location was great Internet was very good Bed was very comfy Host was lovely

It was 3 bed home in need of maintenance , It had been split to accommodate a studio flat but no soundproofing and could hear then all evening very sparsely furnished , no coffee maker or coffee cups It may be an American thing we asked for 2 glasses and they gave us jam jars

Location was convenient and excellent for the purpose of the trip.
