Nice space and really great bed

It was a great, easily accessible location. Well worth the value of what I paid.

Relatively quiet, large room, comfortable shower, well maintained garden

There is only one cup for drinking coffee, the kitchen supposedly in the basement has no sink, the sink is in another part of the basement and is used for washing exposed plumbing in the basement, the landlord is not flexible at all

I booked this place a month in advance, and they canceled on me less than 24 hours before check-in

I tried to email them several days in advance and called them the morning before. Terrible customer service

It was close to the train station, walking distance. It was close to where my family lives. It was quiet.

We booked the studio for our entire stay.about one week before our arrival, I received an email from the host stating that there was a problem with a double booking. He said that he would upgrade us to a one bedroom in the same house for the same price. However, the “upgrade” was definitely not an upgrade. The furnishing was minimal. The stove was not functioning. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. I felt that we should’ve been refunded for at least one to two nights given this circumstance. in reading prior reviews, it appears that this “overbooking“ has happened many times in the past. Although the place is quiet, and in a good location, the pictures exaggerate the niceness of the property

As a wheelchair user I rented this 1-bed ground floor flat. On our way to the flat the host Bryan informed us by email it was double-booked. He offered an alternative that was totally unsuitable for my medical condition due to the number of stairs. He then refused to refund us the $295, even lying to Booking.com by saying we had been a no-show. Be very careful if renting from Bryan. He is a dishonest man who appears totally capable of manipulating Booking.com who have done nothing to help us get our money back.

Place was nice and clean. Close to bank and restaurants. Close to LRR. Host was very helpful and able to accommodate my late arrival.
