The apartment has a good location and a very lovely view of the city. The guys at the reception were very nice and attentive.

TThe apartment is too hot despite the weather being 20 degrees outside during the day. The fan provided is noisy and ineffective, as it doesn’t make a noticeable difference. The check-in process is unnecessarily complex. I received messages asking me to provide proof of payment, so I had to send a screenshot of my bank account. After settling in, I received calls and WhatsApp messages requesting a picture of my physical bank card, showing the last few digits and my name. Too much hassle

Check-in by QR code, which should be sent to you via Booking messages after you have to give them your details again. As a result, when I arrived at the building, I had to stand outside and contact the owner via Booking so that they would send me this QR code. There is always no one at the reception, so they could not help me. After 1 pm, you will not be able to eat in the restaurant, there is never any staff there either. And once out of 5 times, when I managed to meet them there, they were absolutely not interested in service and were busy with their own business. I also did not manage to use the spa services, the receptionist sent me to look for a non-existent spa reception, and when I returned again, I was told that registration is only through some incomprehensible application, and there are no employees there at all. The service is simply disgusting, there are few employees, and those who are there have no idea what they are doing there. The gym is good, but there is a lack of a barbell and weights, instead there are 50 exercise bikes. Well, the saddest thing and what should stop you from visiting this hotel is the heat. The apartment is a small enclosed space without air conditioning. With all this, the building is designed in such a way that the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows look directly onto the sunny eastern side. It was +21 degrees outside, and +31 C in the apartment. It was unbearable, constant migraine, sweat and lack of air. Not a single person can stay there. I explained it to the owner and asked him to change my room, to which he replied that I would have to pay an extra $ 30 for cleaning and also wait a few hours before check-in at new apartement. I agreed with this, but hopefully, I asked him to tell me the number of the apartment to which he was ready to move me. And what do you think? He offered me IDENTICAL apartment only 5 floors higher with the same position as current one. I would not live there for free, and especially not for 100$

Location and view were great. Bed was comfy and apartment had required amenities as mentioned in the reservation.

Check-in Horrible: We requested an early check-in when making the booking and they stated it would cost 36USD. 2 days to arrival, we requested a payment request to pay the $36 and we got a response that because we intend to arrive before 12noon we now have to pay a full day rate of $72. Found it ridiculous, called Booking CS and agent stated Booking.com would pay for the difference between the new early check-in cost. Apartment was okay, shower pressure was terrible. Swimming pool has been closed for months, previous guest had indicated that and it was still closed. There was no ventilation in the room so we always had to open the windows and choose between fresh air, the cold or mosquitoes. On Booking.com side, I have had to call Booking.com Customer service twice to get a refund and after sending banking transactions, they have twice told me they are contacting the property and will get back to me after 5 days. Its been 3 weeks. Another reason I prefer Airb&b, host rarely charge me for early checkin, it usually just based on if they have a guest from previous nights. Summary, I won't be staying here again since my breathing was seriously affected and the unpleasant experience from both the host and booking.

Apartment was very warm (there is one fan) and very loud- noise from the street all night (and we are from NYC so we can handle noise). The verification process was clunky… leading us to be held up for about 45 min at check in because I sent them my information for verification, as I booked the hotel, but my husbands name was on credit card. The service was crappy (even connecting to buildings wifi and the photo would not come through from the host to show the security guard). The host told us once we arrived that to use the pool, you must have a swim cap…. Who carries around a swim cap for leisurely dip. I cannot use the hot tub as I am pregnant and then could not use the pool—- which was a mane reason I booked this spot. I paid half price with a Black Friday deal but if I paid full…. I would have been super disappointed by my experience.

I didn't like the fact that it was 80 degrees hot inside ! No AC ( which i can understand that some buildings doesn't have it ) But at least have some decent fans !! It was unbearable hot during the day! I was not able to stay in! Only one medium side fan ! Not enough

Location is great and amenities are excellent. They had a pool, great gym and a bar.

The washing machine was broken and we weren't informed even though they knew beforehand. We found out when we tried to use it and then we were stuck. They did pay for the cleaning but it was a massive hassle to lug it all around and we weren't able to do the full washing we wanted which was a major part of us booking this apartment as we travelled with children.

Amenities

Registration for admission is very complex, they put many obstacles in your way. Additionally, to enter the apartment if you are unwell you must do so through the service elevator, not even with a simple carry on you can enter.
