The property was as mentioned in the pictures. Nice, clean, and fully equipped. The sink was blocked but we could do with it. the staff and the management were so friendly.

The process was a bit unsynchronized but nothing too bad.

The Be Grand facility is beautiful! The pool, gym, and common area is surrounded by beautiful views of the city and mountains. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again.

We had to get used to no a/c but it was not a big deal. The weather in Mexico is good.
