Ninh Binh Kong's Homestay

We stayed for three nights at this fantastic homestay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with arranging tours and providing excellent advice on places to visit. On the last morning, we overslept and missed breakfast, but they still packed us a delicious meal to go.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Host had a map for us showing recommendations and prices for all the attractions in the area. Food was yummy and affordable. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend 100%

At Kong's homestay, you will find an unforgettable family! They are attentive, caring, and excellent cooks! The rooms are clean and bright, the pool refreshing, and the landscape beautiful. We completely fell in love with everyone who managed the homestay; we talked for hours, they gave us a lot of advice, and above all, we will never forget them. When we left, I felt very sad; I will go visit them soon, and you should too! It will make your trip truly special.

The staff were so lovely and even made us breakfast when we needed to leave for our bus a bit earlier. The room was also excellent and very clean and the garden area was amazing too.

The really loved the accomodation. Perfect location, the most beautiful and quiet homestay. We could rent bycicles for free, and for a reasonable price also a scooter. Also the breakfast was amazing.

Very nice and helpful host! She spoke good english and helped us with everything we needed: laundry, motorbike rent, transfer to Hanoi and gave us helpful tips about Ninh Binh. Homestay and garden is beautiful and they have a great cat!

Excellent homestay, very friendly family, gave us good advice for the Trang An visit (just 2 km away, easily reached by walk). Very nice house in a lovely garden, well decorated, in a quiet place of the village. They also propose a very good food in their restaurant. Wishing them lmuch success !

Lovely family, the daughter speaks English and helped me with everything I needed: laundry, motorbike, advice on what to do and where to go. Comfortable beds in a spacious room that is perfectly cleaned ! The restaurant serves good food and breakfast is good too. Location is great, quieter than Tam Coc but you still find everything you need. And you can walk to Trang An boat tour departure point (~20min) Look no further this place is amazing

Our favourite stay in Vietnam! The place was beautiful, clean, with stunning views, located in a very calm part of the town, but very easy to access the many things available to do in Ninh Binh. Bed is comfortable, shower pressure great and warm, the room is large and comfy. Our hosts were so lovely and kind, always helpful and friendly, and would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us. They have bikes and scooters available for hire which were amazing. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! It was a great experience to drink coffee and stare up at the gorgeous mountains. Cannot recommend this place enough! Please stay here if you are in Ninh Binh, you won't be disappointed :)

Beautiful room, staff always smile and helpful, she and her family so friendly, her cat so beautiful and big, food so delicious and abundant. Highly recommend and i will come back again
