Ninh Binh Kong's Homestay

We loved the homy feeling. The family is adorable and Chan, the daughter who speaks English, is always available for questions and visit suggestions with a smile. The place is kept very clean, the room is large, the pool is wonderful. We recommend 100% and would be glad to go back.

Very friendly receipt, advise and assistance by Trang. Nice location, refreshing pool, spacious room. Bikes for rent. Enough restaurants in the area.

The shower does not have a curtain/screen, but that is common in Vietnam.

Location, clean, beautiful! Great food ,but the jewel are the hosts, their hospitality and kindness.

We loved our stay, everyone was very helpful and friendly, we were given plenty of recommendations of where to visit nearby. Bikes are also available to hire on site which was excellent for travelling to nearby Tam Coc! The pool was excellent, just what is needed after exploring caves nearby in the heat!

Lovely family and home. A bit separated of the main touristic area, so much quieter, but still pretty close. We got there a bit late but they cooked dinner for us. We could rent bikes to go to the main sites, while we were eating breakfast they made sure they worked well. We had all the meals there and the food was very tasty. The pool was so refreshing after a long day! Also, they had great patience while I was trying to communicate with them in Vietnamese with google translate :) All in all, a great place to stay.

Very spacious room and excellent pool and staff who were really helpful and kind the whole of our trip.

Very friendly family. If something is not as expected just ask them. Nice swimming pool and very good fruit smoothies from the garden. The rooms are very big beds were good. Airco and swimming pool were very welcome in the hot season. You could rent a bike here to go to moa cave.

A cupboard or rack to hang your clothes would complete the room.

Gorgeous property. Super central and convenient. Best bike loaner I have used in Vietnam. Trang was such a sweetie pie and extremely helpful. She kindly packed up my breakfast Banh My for my trip on the boat and also set up a car to get me back to Hanoi for only $11. Would definitely recommend.
