Ninh Binh Kong's Homestay

Best staff ever! Great swimming pool.

The location was perfect, max 30 min walking to main atractions. Places to eat close and at good price. Family were very kind and helpful. Only the daughter speaks english ans she helpt with all, the mother is very kind and sweet and google translate helpt. Pool is refreshing, rooms are big. Very welcoming.

I even feel bad to say this because the family is so lovely and welcoming and the place is great but there 5 things to note: - Beds very hard, this is personal of course, but we got bad backpain... I should note that i keep travelling in Vietnam and most of beds are hard:( - No comfortable seats to sit. Anywhere. Only hard chairs. - Needs a table or something where to place luggage..we put all in the floor. - Maybe to do with the season, but in July there were every afternoon water in the street, you have to walk through it. Although i saw the same in many streets, be prepare with sandals all the time. - Google maps do not recognize the street. Either the taxi drivers. We were lost 15min when we arrive. Use this reference for directions: Green Diamond Hotel, the neighbords :).

Very clean and spacious family room with windows on 3 sides taking in the incredible views. Great pool too. Lovely setting away from busy Tam Coc. Great restaurants a few minutes walk away. Grab taxis easily available for short hops to the main attractions. Friendly hosts who also prepared a take away breakfast for us as we were leaving on an early train. Thank you!

Large party of noisy guests running around and playing loud music until late. Peaceful once they'd left after their short stay.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, and the place was very comfortable and well located.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kong’s home stay. The room is really spacious with a nice balcony area and views of the pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful planning our trip around Tran An and Ninh Binh. We did not have time to use of the pool but it looked clean an inviting. Nice little restaurants just 2’ walk away. We definitely recommend Kong’s Homestay.

The AC Unit took a little longer to cool down the room, but with the fan it was alright.

We loved the family. They were so lovely, helpful and accommodating. We loved the pool and garden and the fruit smoothies. Great location too.

Very nice place. Quiet, perfect clean, nice owner. Very nice pool area, for children it was perfect. We used laundry, booked motorbikes. Everything is there. Food was delicious too.

Very peaceful and relaxing. The perfect place to stay if you want to just chill and forget everything. The lady who runs it is amazing and so kind. Rooms were absolutely spotless.

No hot water but I’m pretty sure it was our fault for neon stupid tourists haha and we didn’t really mind to much because it was roasting 👍

The stay was absolutely amazing! The room is very spacious and there’s also a nice swimming pool outdoors. The hostess is also very sweet (she can speak English fluently)! We booked a Grab to the homestay, but for some reason Grab brings you to the wrong homestay (something to keep in mind). Fortunately the hosts where so kind to pick us up with the motorbike :) The breakfast is also very delicious and the location is perfect! It’s very close to Mua Cave and Trang An.

Incredibly friendly staff, great service and prime location! We stayed here for just two nights but they were so helpful throughout our stay. They allowed early check-in, rented us bikes for free and even booked bus tickets for our next tourist destination. The location was great - just a few kilometres from all the biggest tourist attractions! We had breakfast two times which was delicious home cooked Vietnamese meals with fruits and drinks included! Some of the most genuine people we’ve ever met! We highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Ninh Binh🤩
