Really well organized accommodation, friendly staff and great breakie

The main room had a bad odor to it. I think it came from an open sewer vent next to the toilet. I covered it with a cup and the smell went away. I smelt the same Odor from other rooms so I’m sure there is a reason for it?? It was just unpleasant.

Breakfast is nice. Drivers are nice (even though reception support to book them is bad).

Lack of support by staff. We have tried to contact them to get a shuttle from the resort and it was impossible. We had to walk all the way from the resort to the hotel with all equipment one day. Upper beds are a bit hot - I had to leave the capsule doors open otherwise I wouldn’t be able to sleep. The corridors to the apartments are smelly as people leave all the boots there. My friend’s capsule bed system was simply not working. One night she had to sleep in a sofa because she couldn’t get in.

Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful great breakfast with lots on offer

Great place to stay for a great price. Morning shuttle was convenient to get to the Hirafu gondalas. Capsule size was decent and did not feel cramped. Hot showers were great after the slopes. Free breakfast was amazing to top it all off, and dinner is decent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It felt like a family ran business. Sleeping area was nice and clean. Dry locker for ski gear accommodated what I assumed was a full house.

Minor gripe, but the beds were a little uncomfortable and hard.

ニセコでオンシーズンでも安めに泊まれることこがまだあって助かりました。 スタッフさんは感じ良いし、設備も値段に対して充分です。 朝食も気前が良い感じでした。満足です。

快適にノートPCを使えるテーブルが無い。 共有部屋にはローテーブルしかないし、１階のダイニングにはカラオケしてる人がいるからパソコンを開く雰囲気ではなかった。 パソコン使わなければ良いだけの話ですが^ ^
