Very friendly staff and nice modern facilities with good atmosphere, I didn't manage to try the complimentary dinner but the complimentary breakfast was good with many options, especially drink wise.

The staff were super friendly offering a free shuttle service to the slopes every morning and a paid shuttle service in the afternoon/evening. Free buffet breakfast and dinner was legendary and karaoke in the evenings was fun.

Location was not ideal, however the owners made efforts to address this through the free morning shuttle. However getting home often required me walking down 30 minutes down the mountain in icy conditions + with my snowboard which wasn't ideal. Location matters in Niseko Village as it's situated on a hill and is a more gruelling walk than if it were flat. I'd have liked the distance from the ski slopes to be reflected in the price a bit more.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Located much closer to Hirafu restaurants and town center than i thought. Awesome complimentary breakfast and dinner included in price of room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great food and dinner with karaoke. Great shuttle service to the slopes.
