Good price

Not the cleanest. Towels really smelly. Broken glasses in the cupboard

Location was good. Nice and and quiet area. Modern decor. Spacious. Basic amenities provided. Good communication with host.

Little things like squeaky floorboards/door handles. Mattresses a bit on the soft side. However in reality its all quite minor, overall the stay was pleasant.

Stayed here with large family group for a family event. The house was what we needed for 2 nights to use as a base.

The house was very well equipped for our needs and we had a lovely weekend staying there.

Only thing is we would have liked a second comfy sofa (we were a group of 6 adults).

The property is advertised to sleep 7, well it may have bed space for 7 but that’s it. There isn’t space in the kitchen to seat 7, there isn’t enough cutlery for 7, only 3 knives and no wine glasses at all. Also the property wasn’t cleaned properly, dust on light fittings, hairs in bath plug hole, food debris around kitchen sink and rubbish in bedroom drawers. We message the owner to explain all these issues, but it took 36 hours for the owner to respond, and then with feeble excuses. They offered to bring more equipment, but by this point it was too late as we had already purchase the cutlery and glassware we needed and we were leaving the following morning.

A very nice, cosy and clean place. The host was friendly and flexible.

The location is good and the house is very spacious

The staircase is really steep, if you're not fit I don't suggest this place, if you're travelling with kids or elders this isn't for you either. The staircase to the basement has no lighting, neither does the basement, the fridge is in that space so you can't avoid it.

The property was clean & tidy. Rooms were spacious & had everything we needed.

The nights we stayed the neighbours were up late & slightly rowdy but not a reflection off the property or the host.
