Sheffield 3-bedroom house with free street parking

Location was great for proximity to friends and family plus the tram stop and local pub

Nothing. We knew the area and what to expect. We knew parking might be a challenge but it was better than we expected and could usually get a parking spot without too much trouble.

Good size rooms, nice decor, well heated and warm. Great comms with owner, flexible. Early check in and late check out permitted by request really helpful for us. Felt safe and secure. Near to Rivelin Valley and lovely countryside but convenience of the city. Kitchen had good provisions for cooking. Loved the option to cancel up to a week before. Free WiFi easy to access.

Parking was tight and steep, we had to park up the street so had a little walk on an evening, no biggie though. Seemed pricey but thought we'd try it. Garden not private as fences are down. A few minor niggles need fixing, but will contact the owner directly.

Host responded quickly for key details and arrival details.

Cleanliness was terrible. We stayed for half an hour and moved to a hotel. I would not recommend this accomodation at all. The worst place I have ever booked on booking.com and we have booked quite a few.

Well presented and clean

Good communication from host and staff, helpful and prompt. Location was perfect for us and parking was available.

Location close to venue we were visiting, comfortable accommodation, especially the beds.

Would have welcomed some instructions on how to use the property e.g. how to use the boiler, what to do with recycling.
