Sheffield 3-bedroom house with free street parking

Very close to Tramlines festival

The house was clean and tidy, lovely size kitchen, the owner. I believe I was talking to he was really helpful. This is a nice place to stay if you are fit And no disableties

Now the bad points: firstly, there was no parking on the road due to no spaces had to park on another road. I had two disabled people with me. A short walk on flat ground would have been OK, but no up a steep hill. Second was the stairs in the property, like climbing a mountain for them, my mother-in-law had to sleep down stairs she was to scared she was going to fall down them if these things were in the description I would have never booked it. There were a few other little things, but nothing to worry about. Please note this was £300 for two nights

Fridge freezer needs replacing and could do with a cafetière in the kitchen

We attended Sheffield for a friends event. We were able to get to the property early, avoiding a local sporting event and the location was in close distance to walk to nearby shops.

Access to the house was uneven, the hedges were unkept and you had to duck to avoid getting a load of privet in your face. The kitchen flooring was partially repaired with different flooring, the stairs you need mountaineering equipment as they are so steep, so not recommended for elderly or if travelling with children. On street parking is challenging, as you can only park part on road / pavement, otherwise you risk your car being clipped. The furniture is not as per photos, bathroom sealant is very mouldy, the kitchen rear door mat, was stuffed behind bin and had seen many a better day. Just so not as per photos.

It was cosy

There was too many spiders and spider webs, we had a slug in kitchen and the internet barely worked.

Quiet location, Good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, big kitchen, helpful owner and good communication

Very steep stairs, bathroom extractor wasn’t working so it got very steamy. Kitchen could be cleaner - extractor needed cleaning as it was covered in grease, the fridge was located at top of stairs to basement and wasn’t clean.
