Very long wait to access property . Long wait for owners to answer phone and email Top floor up loads of stairs with no lifts. Strangers hanging around outside the building The loft room we were given was really only suitable for 1 person not a couple, I believe they gave us a different room to what was advertised Lots of things not working in property, ie, no heating, shower hanging off wall, the room blinds would not stay up, towel holders and toilet roll holders hanging off the wall, noisy, no air conditioning or fan, dirty room, dirty floor, dirty oven, overall definitely would not stay here again. Very dissapointed., as we had stayed before and were given a room suitable for a couple, also our room code and room number was changed, so they either put someone else in our room, or they double booked, not happy, glad we weren't staying longer.
GBOwner took ยฃ200 out of my bank account without permission and will not answer messages when asking for it to be returned, this was taken without permission and when questioned I was assured it would be returned but it hasnโt and I canโt get a response after 2 days . The room was also dirty and the noise from the rooms next door was so loud we had to leave and pay for another hotel room

The check in process was a hassle. Extra deposit of ยฃ200 is required despite paying full rent up front that's non-refundable. All communication is by text or phone calls and a lock box for the key - very impersonal and easily leads to exasperating misunderstandings. Felt tip marking on lock box had faded. The room furnishings are tired and badly maintained; broken bed, broken shower head holder, no veg box in fridge, tired and wonky chipboard cupboards. Apartment paintwork is grubby and scuffed all over, weeds in the balcony decking and walls are stained and not cleaned. Letting staff appear unaware and detached from actual physical condition of the property and doubt they personally inspect it.

Wasnโt cleaned was disgusting. Arrived at 6pm after sat in dirty lived in food left for long enough to grow hair. room for over 3 hours being told there was no there place and a cleaner will only come if you send pictures even when the received pictures no cleaner was coming till 2 the next day. We didnโt get a place till gone 10pm and had to walk there and back the next day.
GBLocation was brilliant! I did contact the property prior to my stay and the customer representative was very helpful.
The key box needed the number hi lighting, very faded. The apartment its self was poor, not cleaned properly, the wc seat was broken and several lights did not work. Fridge was cleanish! Freezer box was SOLID....and as for the coffee machine.... no pods provided.....

They made me pay a ยฃ200 deposit,even thought there was a bunch of marks on the walls and stains etc. There was a massive dip in the bed, so me and my partner slept on the floor most of the nights.
GBGood location in city for easy access to shops, restaurants and amenities.
Bed frame had huge dip on one side, half-eaten food items such as a used Biscoff spread jar from previous room user was left in room, bird faeces on the blinds, plastic bit holding up shower head looked like it needed fixing (didn't dare to risk touching it in case it fell apart).
