Location was great, the down side was the stairs, the top floor was a struggle with all those stairs but a fitter, younger person would be fine.

Bathroom bin was not emptied from previous person (this I found disgusting), coffee machine had a used pod still in it, random long hair on the pillow, dirty take away coffee cup on the balcony, both lamps didn’t work, back of plug was off and exposing the wires and fuse. Counter top and dresser top dusty and not cleaned. Found a receipt from October in the drawer so looks like it was last cleaned/checked before that. Toilet seat is flimsy plastic and slides off, no lid, toilet bowl is stained which I’m sure some bleach and a clean would get rid of it, no toilet brush handle in the holder, the drains must need cleaning as the bathroom smelled of sewerage, so had to keep the door shut.

1) this studio is on the top floor up 4 flights of stairs. There is no lift 2) they make you pay£2 for a card check then take £200 deposit from you on top of amount you have already paid 3) the bed is tiny and isn’t a double, we had to buy a blow up bed for one of us to sleep on 4) the toilet seat lid was missing and the seat is broken 5) the blinds were broken and let a lot of light in 6) the oven was dirty and there is lots of marks on all of the walls 7) the duvet is very thin

Centrally situated

Wasn't clean, dust all over the lamp shades easily cleaned also. Even had to wait so they could clean it before I went in and still wasn't clean. The noise we wasn't told about. We ended up leaving and driving home as when we got into bed basically laying on springs.

City centre location was excellent

The room was a little cramped but didn't spend much time there

The proximity to everything was really good. Off the corner of Wind street (if you like a night out or just curious about pubs and such), 7 mins walk away from the bus station, M&S & Tesco, 15-20 mins walk away from the train station; Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and very close to everything in town. There’s a communal washing machine on each floor, each room I stayed in had some laundry tablets in the cupboards, so helpful. You can request for your room to be cleaned for a small fee- I think £20/£30 (I can’t afford that, student lol)

I stayed at the property for 56 nights and had a couple of issues with my room (was in 3 different rooms) and it took 3 weeks for them to ‘sort it out’ and even when main issue (the bathroom) was sorted out, it still had a weird smell. If you wanted to clean your room yourself (which isn’t a problem for me), no equipment whatsoever was provided (I had to buy a brush and dustpan due to the length of my stay). This is probably just a me problem but the washing machine wasn’t exactly clean (so I had to clean it every time I wanted to use it)- it had dirt around the drum and the “window screen” of the washing machine. The fridge still wasn’t sorted out either throughout the duration of my stay and I raised this 3 times and couldn’t be bothered anymore The Wi-Fi is terrible, so if you have a Wi-Fi dongle, good for you! :) I would give the cleanliness of the room I stayed in a 9 out of 10 but the bathroom 5/6 out of 10 and I have already mentioned it to the customer service regarding proper care of bathroom + cleaning.

Did not stay here as could not gain access. The check-in process is far too complex and vague with incomplete information. We could not gain entry to any of the apartments with the PIN provided. The host did not answer on the number provided. Instead I received a recorded message stating that their opening hours were only until 9 pm. When we phoned them to discuss, they were unhelpful and referred me a check in form that I had not received. They also requested a further pound which is not stated on Booking.com. We have asked for a credit.
