GBGBGBTruly exceeded my expectations, perfect location. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city of Swansea. Easy access to the city. The choice of many pub bars is an ideal spot for nightlife enthusiasts within walking distance. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing comfortable furniture after a long day of exploring. The modern amenities added to the overall pleasant experience, ensuring a restful nightโs sleep.

We arrived to find the room was as the previous guests had left it. I had to phone to speak with them and then we had to wait for a cleaner to come and do the turnaround. We had travelled 17 hrs needed a shower and cup of tea and instead had to sit on the balcony while we awaited the clean which he didnโt do throughly. Further issues with cleanliness were found during the stay and the whole building had a smell of rubbish some full bin bags were at times seen In the halls. The blinds didnโt work and as it was sliding doors onto a balcony that wasnโt ideal. The ironing board had curry on it and the oven did not work and the coffee maker leaked. The customer services team offered me a refund of the cleaning fee and a 20 quid amazon voucher neither of which I have received and which were barely adequate in and off themselves.

Massive hole in the floor right next to the shower the room is nothing like the photos and the smell as soon as we walked in was horrible we had to keep the door open the entire time we stayed and to make matters worse when I was packing up to leave I pushed the bed to see if I left anything behind it and they was mouse droppings
GBI loved the layout of the studio. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location was very central so great for visiting the surrounding area. Very responsive and helpful hosts, would definitely stay again.

GBGBWe didn't like that it wasn't mentioned that it was 4th floor and 50 steps up ! We didn't like that the bathroom was dirty, that the shower was leaking and it smelt mouldy. We really didn't like the black mould all over the shower and tiles We didn't like that everytime I called to speak to a manager she wasn't available to talk to me ! We didn't like having to go back to the flat to let in a maintenance guy for 2 hours and missed our Anniversary Meal. Coffee maker didn't work and we couldn't open the blinds ..... Faulty Towers !!!!
We didn't even stay the 3 days we booked, we stayed 2 and were told by the manager we hadn't told them ... we did tell them on one of the numerous telephone calls to the office. We were offered ยฃ100 back I asked for the 3rd night to be refunded and was told no ! AVOID this place
QAIt was what I needed and wanted for my stay ... A place to sleep and eat, walking distance to train station and shopping center. All information to access the property was clear and they were responsive.
