Lovely and clean in the room. Nice decor.

The room was very hot!

location is great. flat is nice and big.

This flat is located in the very center of Swansea. A street with a lot of pubs/restaurants is a block away (behind the studio). Close to groceries, a bus station and 20 min walk from the railway station. Also, in 10-15 minutes walk to the city beach. The studio kitchen (equipped with pots, pans, plates and glasses) allows to prepare meals.

The smell in the room and doors at the coridor banging loudly with each guest going out or in. However, it was enough to open two large balkony windows to get some fresh air.

The position was very close to marina.

A little small, a small table and chairs on patio, but raining much of time so could not use, only a single chair at desk to sit on which ended up having things on due to small size of room. Had to sit on bed.

The location was perfect with around a 3 minute walk to everything you could want. While there isn’t parking included the multi-story is very close and only £5 for 24 hours. The room itself was perfect, everything as expected and very reasonably priced. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, they replied very quickly and helped in every way possible. The check in and check out process was simple. We paid a damage deposit that was returned the same day.

Everything was perfect.

Good location, good value.
