There was no mention of deposit payment in the booking.com website and email. I got to know on the day of my travel when I called them. Also, I had to chase them multiple times for them to initiate the refund process. Everytime I called them, they said they yet to receive feedback from the cleaners and this was two days after the checkout. Is it their job to check and initiate the deposit refund. Worst service. Won't recommend

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete and new facilities.

Due to work issues at the company, I was assigned to another accommodation property. However, their system continued to have errors and did not give me the correct address and password in time. I searched and waited for a response in a deserted neighborhood for about two hours. The house I was assigned was far from the one I had originally booked, and it took about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

Location was good and inside the studio apartment clean

Extremely very poor service from the on-line staff except for Jackie, no instructions were sent to us!!. Outside balcony, very dirty, full off weeds and other debri. We stood outside the building until 1621, when we eventually managed to get hold of Jackie, who guided us to the actual building and gave us the codes verbally so we could gain access to our apartment. We're quite fit for our age, well past retirement, and we were lucky as there are 53 steps up to the apartment and no lift! This company seemed to be more interested in getting access to the £1 deposit for any damage rather than accepting the full rental charge had been paid on FULL. We will never use the letting company again, they definitely did not show booking. Com in a good light yet we know better, having used them worldwide.

Right in the centre, close to the beach and shopping. Good clean facilities. Staff very attentive and quick to respond!

Pick nights to stay as bar/restaurant underneath can be noisy up until closing. Every time someone came in the main door to the hallway and into another room the door rattled. WiFi was hit-or-miss

Cute apartment, with a spacious setting and balcony, close to town with so many shops near and parking literally over the road where it’s £5 per day. Very clean and very well lit

Nothing it was perfect

Do not stay here. Wifi did not work and not fixed during stay. No curtains, only vertical blinds. Extremely noisy all night from internal banging doors, road traffic, church bells, neighbours. Room very hot, no fan, no windows and dare not leave balcony door open all night due to noise. Neither my daughter nor I got any sleep. Hosts not contactable after 4.00 pm but was not sent code to key box until 4.46 pm following numerous unanswered phone calls even though told it would arrive before 4.00. The nespresso machine they make so much of only has three coffee pods and no instructions. Sofa bed requested but not made up and no sheets or pillow cases left. No one to speak to so nothing could be done about it. Daughter had to sleep on the uncovered sofabed. I could go on but cannot be bothered much as they clearly were not at all bothered about me.

Nothing - do not recommend

Communication with landlord was awful. Check in time was 3pm, did not gain access until gone 5pm. Told they would take £1 for damage deposit and no more but proceeded to take another £199 WiFi did not work, therefore the tv did not either. Building smelt of weed and drains Noisy tenants in the building, slamming doors and shouting. Noise from outside - property backed onto bar with outside area. View was terrible. Old food left on baking trays in the oven.

Not much

The studio was in a poor state.. its in need of a very deap clean. The bed was springy. The bathroom full of mould. The couch was sat through. The kitchen was fine. The windows were so so dirty that you couldn’t see through them properly and the ‘curtains’ did not close properly so I was up with street lights all night. It was so warm had to sleep with window open, but the noise from the street is terrible. The light in the stairways dont light up when going down and as a single woman the corridors didn’t feel very comfortable. And the wifi did not work! I left after the first night even though I booked and paid for three.
