The way I treated
GBGreat location with lovely view, the facilities where great everything was in the property we needed and are room was really cosy. Me and my partner would deffo stay again it was like a little home from home. 10/10

The smell the dirtyness the toilet did not work food left in the place from the person before us stains on the bed the list can go on
GBWasnโt the best. Didnโt get check in details until 5:30 on the day when outside property and check in was from 4pm. On first use of the toilet the flush was stuck and maintenance were not sent out all weekend so had to leave to use the toilet everytime during our 3 day stay. Finally, a later checkout of 12pm was agreed when initially booked due to going out that evening and staff were calling me at 10am to leave the property
GBAbsolutely nothing do not stay at this place the most disgusting place the apartment was tiny it was dirty the staff were so so rude and our balcony of a โcity view โ was looking onto a travel lodge
Everything nothing was right at all the staff were absolutely 0 help refused to give us manager/ boss number because we were so unhappy asked for a refund to go else where and got refused bed was broken was 2 blocked put together will the thinnest mattress

Foul smell in the bathroom, unexpected expenses in the form of deposit, fridge not working and not repaired, poor to none hot water, no flexibility about departure time. AND very poor Internet connection.
