It’s nice , clean and tidy.

Heating was difficult to use. Very cold. Beds were springy and not up to standard you’d expect.

Apartamento amplo e completo, confortavel e limpo. Cozinha bem equipada, banheiro bom. A comunicaçao com o proprietario foi rapida, tranquila e ele foi muito solicito.

O lugar em que se pega as chaves está extremamente endurecido e parece estar quebrado, é necessario fazer uma força descomunal pra abri-lo. Seria interessante colocar o nome da rede de internet junto com a senha, foi dificil achar qual rede era entre tantas outras. Faltam suportes com ganchos nas paredes pra se pendurar casacos, chapeus.

Perfect location. Nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. I struggled to find the key (my mistake) but called the hosts who answered the phone quickly and helped me; even called me back half an hour later to make sure I'd got in safely.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Some essential items missing from the kitchen. Sent feedback to hosts.

Quiet and in a good location

The washing machine is not equipped with laundry detergent or washing powder; the mattress is very uncomfortable; the kitchen utensils are too long, especially the pot is not good. There is no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.The key is not at the entrance of the community, but at the entrance of the room, so residents who drive for the first time will be very embarrassed.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The price was very reasonable. The apartment was situated very local to the venue that were attending.

We spend at least 45 mins looking for the door number of apartment 102, which was situated behind a unlable door off the corridor. There was no signs of the block 7 and was 5 of us looking, up and down the stairs. In the end we had to call the security guard. There is no way we would have found the apartment without his help. The heaters in the bed rooms hardly came on and there was only one single quilt us to use in our bedroom. I wouldn't mind but even in Jamaica, they provide you with 2 blankets in your closet, where you need the air conditioning as its so hot. We only slept in the bed about 5 hours, but we could sleep through the cold. 2 single or 1 double quilt need to be provided for each double bed, especially in the winters of the UK. There were 5 of us staying in the apartment but only 4 us could have a shower as the water went cold, so my son couldn't have a shower before us going to a funeral

It was convenient, and appreciated the gated security. We received a last minute notification that the property we had booked had a leak, but we were offered an alternative apartment.

The wifi didn’t work unfortunately, and we were a tad confused using the washing machine…there were no instructions. We washed our dishes, but there were no tea towels to be able to dry them
